Garden of Eden

We all know the bibilical history of the GARDEN OF EDEN. It was God’s creation of heaven on earth. It was a place without blemish, a place without sin, a place that He created for us…..mandkind. Adam and Eve were surrounded buy all the glory and splendor crafted by the artisitc HANDS OF GOD!! Can you imagine the peace, the tranquility, the fragrant smells of every flower we could imagine, the olfactory delights of every fruit, every shrub, every blade of grass.

 

Can you imagine the majesty of the trees that filled the garden, this heaven on earth? MonsieurMadame Oud can just see the animals running around, getting there fill on the bounty of the garden, we can here the birds singing their praises to God above, we can feel the mist of waterfalls gently floating through the air as they flow over the edge from where they came. One day, we hope to visit that heavenly garden and immerse ourselves in all its glory.

 

But until that day comes, MonsieurMadame Oud have been blessed to be able to immerse ourselves in this heavenly scent created by the artistic hands of Ensar Oud…….GARDEN OF EDEN!!!

 

Although we use this very sparingly, it is without a doubt, a fragrance that I hope heaven smells like. The initial burst is that sultry tuberose that dances like the angels in heaven, mixing with potent sweetness of jasmin and held close by its partner jonquil and spring time honey. Not overly sweet, but a perfect blend that lets you enjoy their fragrant and bright beauty. Then come the ouds, ouds that

 

Ensar Oud describes as the rarest on earth….the intoxicating and powdery airiness of White Kinam from Malinau. Then the Gullam Rouge from Vietnam makes its appearance, adding a unique depth, sort of a mindblowing elegance that is sensual, delicate, pheromonal, lending a woody incense that is both bitter and sweet at the same time. But wait, there is more….the rarest of ouds, Kyara is brilliantly blended in this ethereal creation as well, giving your nose a blast of otherworldy, velvety smooth, healing medicinal green green green. Words can barely describe the beauty that Kyara adds to this already perfect blend. And finally, all of this is wrapped in the subtle warmth of raw Tonkin Musk. Its not animalic like you might expect, but it adds that bit of feral nature that is transcending and just carries you to another place.
